SolutionsPayment Splitting

One payment, split to every beneficiary and settled on schedule

When the money a customer pays belongs to more than one party, SwiftPay records how it is divided, settles each beneficiary on the agreed schedule and keeps every split tied to the payment it came from.

The problem

The customer pays once. Then finance divides the money by hand.

A customer pays ₱1,000 on a platform. ₱900 belongs to the service provider and ₱100 is the platform's commission. Without a split, the platform receives the whole amount, works out who is owed what, sends a separate transfer, matches it back to the original payment and handles any failed payouts and refunds. At hundreds of transactions a day, that is a second finance operation running behind the first.

The whole amount lands in one account

Money owed to partners, subsidiaries or designated accounts sits with the collecting entity until someone redistributes it.

A separate transfer for every share

Each payout is calculated, keyed in and approved on its own, with its own chance of error or delay.

Payouts that never match the payment

The transfer out and the payment in live in different systems, so finance reconciles two sides by hand.

Capabilities

Collect once, allocate accordingly

Collection, allocation and settlement in one coordinated workflow, with the records to show how every peso was distributed.

Split instructions with the order

Your system sends the breakdown alongside the payment order: how much belongs to each beneficiary or account. Allocation rules are agreed during implementation.

One payment on any rail

The customer pays once through Online Payments on QR Ph, e-wallet, card or supported bank payment, and never needs to see the split.

Any mix of beneficiaries

Service providers, partner payouts, platform commissions, designated accounts, subsidiaries and business units, in the shares your business model requires.

Consolidated settlement

Instead of a hundred separate transfers to one beneficiary, their payments can be combined into a single settlement, supported by a transaction-level report.

Settlement on your schedule

Each beneficiary is settled on a cycle configured for your business, such as once daily to the next banking day, rather than at the instant of payment.

Every split reconciled

See what was processed, how each payment was split, who was assigned each amount, what each settlement contained and what needs review, through Reconciliation.

Payment to settlement

What happens on every payment

The allocation is decided first. The money moves later, on the settlement schedule, with the two kept linked throughout.

Step 1 of 4

Payment made

The customer pays once in your app, website or payment page. Your system sends the split instructions with the order.

One payment. Multiple beneficiaries. Simplified settlement.
